  • Shay Brazier

    FOUNDER

    Shay’s engineering career has been focused on the progressive application of technology in the energy sector. He has worked with business, governments and communities throughout New Zealand, the Pacific Islands and the United Kingdom in the design and implementation of exemplar renewable energy, control and monitoring solutions. As the founder of Re/volve Energy and a Flex Forum steering group committee member Shay is excited to be part of the future of renewables and controls systems in New Zealand.

  • Petr Štěpán

    RENEWABLES AND CONTROLS

    Petr is a renewables, electrical, electronics and communications engineer with extensive experience in building automation systems in Europe and New Zealand. He has experience in both high end commercial and residential projects. Petr has a systematic and detailed approach to design with an excellent practical understanding of how systems will work which he is able to successfully apply to any renewables or automation project.

  • Rajnit Reddy

    RENEWABLES

    Rajnit is a Renewables Engineer with a Bachelors in Renewable Energy Engineering from University of New South Wales. Rajnit has been working on PV and BESS designs for over five years gaining substantial experience in pre-design assessment, detailed design as well as testing and commissioning of PV designs ranging from few kW scale residential installations to MW scale solar farms. Rajnit has an analytical approach to designs allowing him to optimise designs to suit individual project requirements.

  • Maria Garcia

    ARCHITECT

    Maria's background in sustainable architecture has led her to work on different aspects of the build environment. She has worked with Shay for over ten years, documenting buildings and technical systems. Maria is highly adaptable and can successfully work on any new task or project. She enjoys understanding how buildings and systems integrate to improve sustainability outcomes.

  • Jo Woods

    DIRECTOR OF SUSTAINABILITY

    Jo has extensive experience in sustainability consultancy, accreditation management and associated modelling activities for a wide range of projects. She enjoys the teamwork that comes with sustainability consultancy and the opportunity to develop innovative solutions through a collaborative approach. Jo has skills in sustainability framework development, integrated design facilitation, energy strategy development, energy systems feasibility, building thermal comfort analysis and optimisation, and life cycle analysis.

  • Matthew Grant

    RENEWABLES

    Matthew is a multi-faceted electronics and electrical engineer who has a keen interest in data science. He believes in the future of renewable energy and its crucial role in helping New Zealand’s economy adapt to climate change. A particular focus of Matthew’s is the evaluating the feasibility of solar projects using the software packages PVsyst and Homer, and the analysis of data through programs such as R and Python. Not just an engineer, Matthew also serves as Revolve Energy's chief drone pilot. He carries out drone surveys of solar installations, helping our clients understand and optimise the performance of their photovoltaic assets.

  • Stu Quayle

    CONTROLS AND SECURITY

    Stu has 25 years’ experience in the Security and Communications industry designing and implementing both commercial and high end residential security systems. He is a specialist in access control and home automation systems.

  • Josh Yeats

    COMMUNITY ENERGY

    Josh assists with the community energy technology solutions implementation and management. He has a wide-ranging background that enables him to easily understand the needs of customers and identify potential energy management solutions. Due to his diverse knowledge and innate curiosity, he is able to solve problems through a systems thinking approach. Josh has a lived experience of community energy, as he currently manages the energy technology solutions within his community.
