To be considered, entries must include onsite renewable generation, be tied to the national grid and may incorporate energy storage and load control. These systems represent the best of what our industry offers – reliable, scalable and sustainable energy for Aotearoa.
Winner: Sunergise for Victoria University of Wellington’s Living Pā, Ngā Mokopuna
This landmark project is a showcase of collaboration and vision. Sunergise partnered with Revolve Energy, EPC Energy and Victoria University of Wellington to bring the Living Pā Ngā Mokopuna Solar and Battery Energy Storage Project to life.
As the lead construction contractor, Sunergise transformed the design into a fully operational system that:

Runner Up: Reid Technology for Maersk Superhub, Ruakura Hamilton
The Maersk Superhub stands out as a large-scale and complex solar array, it was recognised with a Six Star Green Star Design & As Built rating from the New Zealand Green Building Council.
Highly Commended: Good Energy for Ahuroa Farm Project
Good Energy’s work at Ahuroa Farm received high praise from the judges for its commitment to both quality and customer satisfaction.
